THE RIVERLANDS FARMHOUSE
The Farmhouse is a beautiful Grade 2 listed Georgian Property on the site of your wedding venue. It sleeps 12 adults. This exciting addition to Riverlands Wedding Barns means that 20 of your guests can now have rooms onsite, just metres from the ceremony venue. From £2000 for 2 nights.

- Six Bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite
- Space for travel cots in most rooms
- Large Kitchen/diner to seat 12/14
- Large sitting room with 65 inch flat screen TV and Freeview
- Patio and BBQ area with outdoor dining
- Large Garden for games and wedding drinks reception

SWALLOW’S NEST COTTAGE
The beautiful Swallow’s Nest Cottage is located just a few metres from the Ceremony Barn, so is an ideal place for you, your friends and family to stay the night before and night of your wedding. The self-catering cottage has two bedrooms with king-size beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps 6 + 1 infant. It is bright and light, with a bespoke vanity area for the bride and bridesmaids. The Cottage is also dog friendly. Maximum 2 dogs. From £650 for 2 nights.

THE SHEPHERD’S HUT
The bijoux Shepherd’s Hut is located onsite and has a double bed. It is a romantic, secluded hideaway for you to spend your wedding night, or for your guests to enjoy. There are tea and coffee facilities inside and a shower and toilet a few feet away. It is the ideal way to enjoy the outdoors in luxury. Sleeps two. £80 per night. Also available to book outside of weddings.
CAMPING
Camping in a tent or Camper van is permitted. £20 per pitch. Shower, toilet and water available. Must be arranged with venue.
Glamping can also be arranged with an external supplier either Bears & Butterflies, Starbright Hideaways or North Sky Yurts (Pictured)
