Prices for 2026/27/28 include:
Exclusive Hire of our two Yorkshire wedding barns across a three-day period (11am until 5pm the day before the wedding for set up; until midnight on the wedding day itself; until 11am the next day for take down).
No ceremony charge for services in The Ceremony Barn
Up to 120 wooden chairs for marriage ceremony
Up to 120 wooden cross backed chairs for the banquet
6ft round tables seating 10 each (up to 12 tables) or rustic trestle tables seating 8 (up to 16 tables, no linen required)
Festoon lighting across the venue
Seating area including side tables and Chesterfield sofas
Courtyard area
Firepit with 10x smokeless logs and venue heating
Toilets, cloakroom, baby changing, accessible toilet for disabled guests
Glassware and table water jugs are included in our drinks packages.
The site is accessible for wheelchairs
What's not included?
Catering. Couples are asked to use one of our excellent catering partners, who will quote separately. Please see our suppliers section for further details.
- Pizzas. Couples have the option to treat their guests to our tasty wood fired pizzas. View our pizza menu here.
Crockery, cutlery, table linen & napkins. These items are all provided by your chosen caterer.
Drinks. We have a fully stocked licenced bar with a wide range of craft spirits and ales, cocktails, wine and soft drinks, served in exquisite glassware. We also supply drinks packages as needed. You can view our 2026 drinks package here.
Entertainment (band, DJ, PA system – please ask your entertainers to bring their own)
Additional décor (flowers, etc)

Drinks
We operate a full pay bar with card facilities and typically this opens after your service or on arrival. If you would like to offer a complimentary bar then please just ask. The comprehensive bar offers your guests a wide range of beers, ciders, wines, cocktails, craft spirits and soft drinks including premium draught beers from local brewers Wold Top, Great Newsome, and Atom Beers.
We can also provide our drinks package, which includes a reception drink, half a bottle of wine per head and a toast drink.
For this we could provide the below wines.
FOR THE RECEPTION DRINKS:
Jules Larose Blanc de Blancs Brut NV (France) or Prosecco Spumante DOC Pure (Italy)
This can be substituted for beer as needed.
FOR THE MEAL:
White: Le Charme Sauvignon Blanc (France) / Waterval Chardonnay Colombard (South Africa)
Red: Campo Nuevo Tempranillo (Spain) / Tonada Merlot (Chile)
We can also provide many variants on this, however as the price of wine varies we can develop a bespoke arrangement for a set price in advance.
In addition we serve soft drinks including elderflower juice, sparkling water and orange juice. Complimentary water is provided, and squash is provided free of charge to children.
We provide all the necessary glassware, ice and staff for the service of your drinks throughout the daytime.
